  • I cannot believe the poor quality of service I have just received from this company. I had locked my keys in the car and needed someone to come out and unlock it. I called this company and they said it would be 20 minutes for someone to show up. 30 minutes later I get a call from the guy saying he's on his way, like wait you weren't before? I asked how long it would be, again he said 20 minutes. After another 30 minutes I called asking where he was and the dispatcher sounded surprised like oh no one came? He said he would call the guy and once again the guy called me and quoted me 20 minutes. ANOTHER 30 minutes goes by and no one shows up!!! I tried to call the dispatcher and he lets it go to voicemail 3 times before he answers with a "Hold please" and before I can protest places me on hold. At this point I was officially over it and left them a voicemail saying I want to cancel my request. Unless you feel like waiting around all day while these guys jerk you around don't use this service.
