  • I've been going to this gym since it first opened. It's gone through some changes. I used to consider It a 5 star gym but it isn't quiet what it used to be. Gym etiquette has gotten worse. It is way too over crowded with a lot of wait times. The locker room smell has never been and probably never will be resolved. With that said the staff is polite and generally helpful. But I think the glory days of Mountainside fitness are over, it's more like another corporate chain now. Until they raise rates expect a major crowd.
