  • After reading all of the negative reviews, I felt that I had to submit a review based on all of the fun I had at Bounce U with my kids. I purchased a Groupon and finally got around to using it this week. I went with my two kids (4&2) to family open bounce on Wednesday (5pm-8pm). We had a blast! When we arrived, we were pleasantly greeted by several staff members. We signed in and gout right to bouncing. After an hour we switched to a second room and the fun continued. All of the staff members were very friendly and were playing and having a good time with all of the kids.
