  • Worst company EVER!!!! Called any the reps were totally rude, the first guy acted liked I was bothering him to look up my account then I asked to speak with a manager and she was so unhelpful and worst than the first guy! If you don't like your job then quit! But don't be rude cause your unhappy with your decisions!!! I was just trying to pay a bill and they made it extremely difficult! I'm switching to Cox
