To sum it up in one word - "absolutely totally freaking enjoyed it"
We have this sort of stuff in the UK lots and the red arrows totally rule but then again you usually have to pay an extortionate price to see them.
Which brings me to the Canadian Airshow which totally brings people in their thousands to the lakeshore to go 'oooh' and 'aaah' and all for free.
I opted to watch the airshow on the path by Marilyn Bell Park and wow what a great decision. The view was awesome with a lot of the low level flying was right opposite, meaning I got some spanking great photos.
My favourite had to be the jet fighter, the noise from that thing was deafening but having fond memories of maverick and goose it totally gave me goosebumbs.
The only crap thing was that there is no schedule available so I had no idea that such a thing as Snow Birds existed until they flew over my house.
Not that it was a big loss as I still got to see them from my patio and also got a great shot of one doing a fly by of the CN tower.
