After I went to Yelp to share my experience when trying to have a screen repaired under warranty, I read the other reviews... Should have done so before I bought the Groupon and had my iPad repair done here. Although the repair went fine, my screen cracked in the middle when I literally just picked it up (in a protective case) one day. After going back in, to say the owner ought to read his reviews on Yelp... The nice receptionist tried to explain that they were trying to change their ways, had a new staff, were aware of reviews...
Apparently, he has fired all his staff and gotten new people, but the OWNER has not changed to provide good service.... I get that Apple screens crack when dropped... My phone is cracked too. and if I dropped it I'd have taken it back here to be repaired. He could have at least offered a solution - maybe a two-for-one!? Or some compromise...
I'm such a proponent of small, local businesses it pains me to say... Stay away! Sometimes there's a reason for continuous Groupon offerings! This is a business rope for repeat customers, but A&A will never see that word-of-mouth FREE advertising that is vital to a successful small business!
