  • I will never use a place like this. I called to try and get an idea of how much cremation arrangements would be for my 23 week stillborn son. I was obviously still grieving as I was speaking to the man (in no way a gentleman) on the phone, unable to hold back tears. I mention something to him that I was told by the hospital and he LAUGHED at me! I lost my son. How dare you laugh at me. I have never been treated with such a lack of compassion. I would avoid these unprofessional people if at all possible.
