Terrible Service. We made an appointment. They were supposed to arrive today between noon and 3pm. When we called to confirm at 9:15am, they said they changed our time to arrive between 10am and 1pm. Understand, they didn't call to tell us this; we called them to confirm.
When we spoke with Tonya in the office about this, she said it was their perogative since we were only having our unit serviced and it wasn't an emergency. As my wife explained we couldn't be there; they should have let us know; and if there was any way we could have our original appointment, I could hear Tonya yelling at my wife on the phone. She didn't even care about the implications of people taking time off work or readjusting their day for them.
Obviously, we cancelled our appointment and will be working with someone else that cares more about their customers. This was our first and will be our last interaction with them.
