I'd recommend possibly training your Cuyahoga Falls store to have better customer service. We placed our order and called back not even a minute later to cancel (which we hated to do but had to). The employee said, "it's really annoying when people do that, we already started it" and then followed up with, "you gotta do what you gotta do bro". We're sorry that we had to cancel but it really was not even a minute later. Very poor customer service to tell a customer something is annoying and say, "bro" to them.
