  • NEGATIVE STARS for KARMESH!!!Unfortunately a bad experience with their employee Karmesh. My husband and I bought 2 of the miracle bamboo pillows in California last week, for those past days we have been trying to sleep with them, not only do they have a terrible odor but also uncomfortable. We keep pillow protectors on them of course (my receipt even shows the protectors purchased) BUT I can't not return them because I didn't keep them in the plastic bag. Never have I returned a pillows but these are just awful! Karmesh found every single reason WHY he wouldn't return them even to go as far to say I see a hair on there! Then tried to say you receipt is almost expired... actually it shows 30 days & we got them on Thursday of last week, so it's been less then 10 days!!!! what a loser! Ross a yourselves a favor & fired him for making bad decisions that will have a negative impact on your business! Never shopping here again & will make sure I tell everyone I know how bad this particular Ross is if they want to make a return! Signed, ANOTHER unhappy customer!
