Relaxing afternoon, friendly workers. Good way to learn about history and culture of Calgary. Two good places for lunch--at the hotel in town and at the restaurant in Gasoline Alley at entrance. Definitely recommend for a visit; no regrets.
Overall customer service is kinda pre-historic. Few workers at gate and in ice cream shop, tho crowded. Don't bother with the "musical" at the opera house unless you want to snooze, which is hard to do on the wood chairs. But, I did.
