  • Horrible customer service, I witnessed a guest speak out for a fitting room and was completely ignored..... as I wanted for my clothes to be "looked through " to sell the girl was unprofessionally talking about sex and drugs while a customer waited right in front of her face to get helped, literally took her about 5 mins to realize. After they were "unable" to take anything I gathered my stuff and an older Asian guy came by and dropped his stuff off (there was for sure a language barrier) and the girl looked up And said wow he just dropped his shit off, I'm not getting it..... also they were telling people it would be 1:30 hour wait when really it was more of 20 mins. I will never come back to such a grotesque store where employees feel high and mighty working in consignment and don't know how to deliver customer service.
