  • I had several items that needed repairing in different parts of the house. I have used YES! before with mixed results. This time Rick was the lead working plumber. He did a superior job. I have nothing but compliments for his knowledge and the quality of his work. I will use Rick again without question and suggest him for others. Vivian, the voice on the phone, was helpful as always. As the initial contact point, she is a definite strength of YES! My mixed results from prior visits were founded in a tendency to upsell. No such issue with Rick.
