  • I came here on a Sunday afternoon with my 4 year old niece. When I walked in I was "greeted" by a man asking me what I wanted to get done. When I told him that I just needed my toenails trimmed and polished and my nieces finger and toe nails painted, I got the dirtiest look ever, like I had said something wrong!! (I actually had to ask if that was okay...) he told me to pick our colors and then passed me off to another lady. We got escorted to chairs and she started my nails. My niece asked if she could get water in her bowl to soak her toes and the same guy who greeted us was like "no, she can only get water if she's getting a pedicure because we will have to clean the bowl after" (ummmm don't you have to do it anyways??!?) The only saving grace was that she did a really good job painting our nails. She even did designs on my nieces fingers and toes. Long story short, I won't go back.
