  • Nightmare. International service is poor. Signage is poor. Handicap help is poor. You wait in a line to get in a line for US Customs. Customs agent was professional and helpful. But, Disneyland lines are quicker. Security screening was a terrible experience as they required every article and carry on bag to be placed in a separate tray. Trying to locate gates was another nightmare. They are under construction but come on, get some people who know what they are doing.
