  • Not the best place I've been to. Really I want to tell people that most medical insurance does not consider a refraction (prescription for glasses or contact lenses) as medically necessary so they don't cover it. You need to by a separate vision plan. The vision plan will cover the refraction and the frames, then you use your medical insurance on the eye surgery, which will be covered.
