  • Food and atmosphere is wonderful at Granite City. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the service. This is my fourth time here and was hoping they would have it more together by now but that's not the case. It just seems like the staff is always confused and no one knows what's going on. Servers are not attentive at all and not educated on the menu. Will definitely still frequent here just fear that if the staff doesn't get it together soon it may not make it much longer.
