Hats off to Bell. Definitely worth the time and money. By the way, very reasonable prices. I called on a Saturday (the 120 degree one) after a competitor (Parker and sons) cancelled on us. Jeff the tech was out within a couple hours. We were having a lot of water come out of the unit causing water damage etc etc. Basically what you would consider a severe situation. After 4 companies came out and "fixed" it, problem was still there. Jeff shows up, very laid back and not what I was expecting. His general relaxed hey it's not a big deal attitude had my guard up. Basically he was throwing off the old whatever attitude. Man was I wrong, I just don't speak HVAC. I think that's all he speaks. This guy is a pro. Based on the reviews of Bell, I am positive their hiring process is spot on and anyone of their employees could do the job. But if we ever have any issues I'm asking for Jeff.
By the way, after what we thought was Armageddon AC style, it turned out to be an issue with too much freon in the unit causing the coils to freeze and dump water. Jeff was primed and ready for me to pay up the Yazoo to just get it fixed. Instead he threw me for a loop. One small service charge with a couple of hey you may want to address this soon issues. Not pushy, very professional and in my opinion would give Jeff and Bell 6 stars if I could.
