rev:text	Called ahead because I was interested in a specific Used truck, The salesmen and his manager were awesome... That being said... Finance was a different story, I was forced into purchasing some paint protectant??? Even though the contract says it was optional, The finance guy flat out lied to me and said it was on the contract already and he could not take it off.. Also They couldn't tell me what I was paying $2k for in dealer prep fees???? Car wash and a vacuum and maybe a oil change?? I received an email from the GM so I responded with my concerns and he promptly sent me an email asking me to call his on his cell.. Told Him i was having break issues after a week of having the truck, They completely took care of it on their dime by doing a break job front and rear. Then I discovered that by rotating the tires the alignment was way off now, I spoke to the Service manager and he told me he would put the tires back the way they were... That doesn't fix the problem now does it?? Then he wanted $140 for the alignment with no guarantees... There are many places out there that are cheaper, for example Right Toyota who happens to be next door and they are charging me $85.....Update... Turns out one of the New tires on the truck was bad and causing a radial pull, Luckily Michelin was nice enough to cover the tire 80 %. I am sure if I asked Pinnacle they would deny me.
