  • We have recently used Metro Movers and had a very bad experience with them. The movers were too rough with our furniture and they damaged some of our valuables and lost the screws for the furniture. When I called the owner his name is Scott. He did not took any responsibility for fixing or repairing any of the items. I texted him several times and he ignored all of my texts and never responded to my phone calls. I will never use them in future. I do not recommend metro movers to anyone. If you love your furniture and valuables than please go with some other standard moving companies which takes charge of their work. Find no integrity in metro movers.
