  • I can't say enough great things about the BMW north Scottsdale team that we had an experience with recently in purchasing my sons first car. The general manager Don Hanson along with the sales associate Donnell Wilson (Dr. D) right down to the finance manager. They were consummate professionals and I couldn't ask for anything more. When we went to the dealership the following day to pick up our vehicle, they had the car covered in a full cloth attached with balloons and a special card and presentation stand with my sons name in it. The car was wrapped with a bow on it to top it off. All of this took place in our own private room They escorted my son and the rest of our family into what was one of the most moving experiences a father could ever ask for. That is when they unveiled the cover on the car and the high fives and hugs commences all the way around. I can't say enough about Don Hanson and his team and what they do for their customers. The most special and most important part of this day took place with the general manager Don Hansen took my son to the side looking straight at me I shook his hand and said "now you have to promise me never to text and drive". He made my son promise him verbally and shook his hand on it. That alone meant the world to me. I would recommend Don Hanson and his group and the entire Penske auto group to anyone and everyone that is even thinking about buying a vehicle. You won't be disappointed! Tony A.
