This store's customer service is horrible. I went in one day for a free hairstyle with living proof vendors which they did an amazing job. However, I wanted to try on some makeup products and needed help trying some on. I had a lot of money to spend that day too. Anyways so I asked one girl working with light purple and gray hair for help. She said "oh I'm actually gonna help them over there." I asked one worked with glasses who worked in the back she told me she was only available through appointment and a $40 purchase but she recommended me to go to a vendor. So I saw a vendor working whose makeup I really liked. I was waiting patiently for her to get done, I waited like 15/20 min. The first girl with glasses told the woman who I mentioned earlier with gray and purple hair I had asked for help "She has been waiting can you help her?" She had a look on her face like she really didn't want to. So I said "Yes please, if you can help me now? But if you don't want to I guess it's ok." She responded rudely "I was supposed to be off 20 min ago." Like wtf does that have to do with me?! I was like,"It's cool I'll just go to sephora." I was so mad I called and asked for a manager Sun claimed she was a manager apologized, and I asked for a free makeup application. Even though I couldn't really understand her choppy English Sun set me up for today. I called in because my doctor's appointment ran late and I wanted to either push back the appointment or come in another day. She said no we already accommodated you so we can't. I'm so upset! I could have spent $100's of dollars here but because of poor customer service I couldn't buy anything and I don't think I will ever return. I am thinking about emailing corporate about my experience as well!
