  • Called for a quote on a part. Parts guy didn't seem to know what I was describing. Usually calling the dealership means techs are more skilled than others. Parts guy had no idea how much labor costs and transferred me to someone who knew. The person who supposedly knew had no idea and transferred me to someone's voicemail. Glad I didn't go out of my way to this shop, better luck with a non fiat dealership for help.
