  • My mom and I had a terrible experience with the manager at this store! My mom went to go return a $5 Star Wars clock that didn't work. Since we couldn't find a replacement, we went to customer service to get our money back. Instead, customer service insisted that my mom give back her Kohl's cash. When my mom asked to talk to the manager, she said that my mom 'obviously couldn't read' and that she needed to calm down! Rude service at every level, we'll never go back to this store again!!
