  • I arrived 15 minutes early from my scheduled appt. at 2pm and my girlfriend had her appt. at 2:15pm on the same day. We were both new patients to this office and they called her before me. At this time I have been waiting for an hour, so I told the only guy that works in the front office my issue and he calls someone and tells me that the MA is cleaning up the room. My friend is checking out and is shocked that I have not been seen yet and told the girl at the front office what happened and the girl at the front desk did not do anything. After my friend leaves I ask the same girl in the front "How long will this take until I will be called in the back?" she goes in the back to talk to someone and feeds me a line that she didnt clean the room because she was helping a patient in another room. I use to work back and front office and you just want to straight lie to me then have no empathy to your patients. The only person that apologized to me was the Vanessa Benes, but the whole time I was in the room I felt like I was being rushed out the door, so I waited longer than my examination. No one in the front and back office apologized to me for the long wait, I left there at 3:30pm... I WAS SOOOOO PISSED!!!!!!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DERMATOLOGY OFFICE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! THE STAFF SUCKS, THEY GIVE YOU NO RESPECT AND THEY ARE VERY RUDE!!!!
