  • Brought in my brand new, unworn prom dress to be altered and it came back with an ink stain on the front. I notice everything and that stain was not there before. When I brought it back in to tell the owner, she denied that they got the stain on the dress, saying it must have already been there. She would not take responsibility and personally attacked me for being the type of person who would lie about the source of the stain. Very rude and dismissive, will not be going back.
