  • I had really good experiences with this salon the first few times we used them. However, this last month will be the last time we will use their services. They had a complete change in staff and the quality really went down hill. Johnny, I think that's her name, was very rude to me when I asked her not to use a loop around my elderly beagles neck due to having a herniated disk in her neck recently, I was met with a snarky attitude. I phoned the salon and left a voicemail and never did receive a call back. I had also asked that the groomer do my German shepherd but instead the new bather did him and severely brush burned my dog. He has scabs all over his body from his last appointment. I have cancelled all my reoccurring appointments and will be using a new salon. It's really unfortunate because I really liked them when we first started using them.
