  • This office has the worst billing I have ever seen. Dr. Mansell is absolutely qualified and her dental staff is outstanding. HOWEVER, there was a billing error and we have gone around and around on this. I think it's resolved, but next month, there's the bill again. I've talked to the office. I've received assurances that it's all resolved, but it never is. This has gone on for months. Very aggravating.
