  • This charity is the worst! They solicit for your donations, claiming the need for destitute veterans and their families but never do they pick up as promised. I left all of my donated items out in front of my home for two days, risking theft. It was hard enough donating my recently deceased mother's things but to have them sit outside for two days as these people promised to pick them up each day! I am disgusted and appalled! Being that the stuff set for today's outside I'm hoping I did not get a slap on the wrist from my HOA. This is not the first time they have left me hanging by not doing the pick up but at least they came the next day as promised. I now wash my hands of these people. Please save yourself the trouble and find a worthy charity to donate to. I will now use these pink bags
