  • Started going here after pet smart was too busy and long hold times on the phone. With puff and fluff there was no holding on the phone, and I could even text them to get my dog in. They take time with my dog, tell me how she did on her visit and text me when she is ready to be picked up. Very easy and convenient. People are very nice and professional as well.
