Very disappointed. My 89 year old mother-in-law had an appointment with Dr. Yanik. I called to find the location as she couldn't remember. I called 15 minutes before appointment but was on hold for almost 15 minutes. I found the location and told the receptionist we were on our way. She asked if we would be there by 11 since the appointment was 10:45. I said we are trying but I had a hard time finding the location as 2nd st doesn't go thru. When I arrived I called again. The gal said we would have to wait since we were late. So up the elevator we went. We waited about 15 min then were asked to fill out some papers. My mother-in-law asked how long. She was told it shouldn't be long. About 15 minutes later, the gal said she was sorry but the doctor went to lunch so we could come back in an hour and a half. I asked "Do you mean the doctor knew he had a patient and he went to lunch?" She said yes. We left without scheduling another appoint.
