  • I actually subscribed to their DSL and got a live very helpful rep right here in Phoenix! It was installed right when they said it would be and came up working. I still think the service is a little slow and overpriced but it works solidly and does what I need. I would give the customer service rep I got 5 stars but I still think the service available in my area is overpriced for the speed so it is only 3.
