  • Owner's son Ryan came out to my house on a Friday to give an estimate on replastering and retiling my swimming pool. Unlike the other four companies that gave me written estimates on the spot, Ryan said he would email it to me on Monday. Three calls to the owner (Larry) about the estimate got us the same response, "okay, I'll have Ryan call you." Two weeks later and we still have not heard from Ryan or received our estimate. I guess this company isn't that interested in getting your business if they can't even give a simple estimate to an interested customer. Needless to say we went with another company. Not impressed with this company at all, especially when they put the word 'integrity' in their name.
