  • Even though the actual appointment was easy, and the doctor was good, it took them over 3 weeks to get the results of a simple strep throat swab. The results were positive and when they called me to let me know, again THREE WEEKS LATER, they were not able to give me a prescription because the doctor was on vacation and if I wanted the medicine that I needed I'd have to leave work, come back to the clinic and get seen by another doctor. Strep throat might not be severe, but they were cavalier with an aspect of my health and even if it was an accident, no patient should fall through the cracks like that. We're all worth more. Avoid at all costs.
