  • It takes a loving, kind person to work here. Most people are coming in with pets that will eventually be killed. While the people behind the counter seem rude, think about their perspective. They encounter some of the heartless people in the world. Not to mention the fact that most of the people surendering a pet are possibly lying to them about the situation they are in. Those that don't get their pets nurtured or spayed are adding to the horrible situation of over breeding. In my interaction I felt they truly care but their hands are tied. after all don't we ALL want to see animals better taken care of? shout out to Joseph & Caesar (intake) you guys have big hearts!
