NIGHTMARE, STAY AWAY!!! My non stop flight was cancelled and the only way to know is to check the website for updates, i assume an email would be too costly for these scammers? I was supposed to be in Houston at noon Thursday, I didn't make it until Friday 5am bse of their lack of staff and a 7 hr layover. There was no customer service for the turmoil I had to endure, I had to demand a meal voucher considering I spent all day and night in the airport and all they could afford was $7 (I have been offered more for less BS by other airlines). Really? I guess that could buy me a coffee. I would rather drive next time. How are they still in business?
