| - This location is hit-or-miss at the counter. I've been through there on personal travel three times this summer and twice the up sale push was very strong. The first of the three, the female representative actually charged me a different rate, which appeared on the printout, than what was on my reservation, which I had to pull out on my phone to confirm that it was wrong. I had to see a manager about that one. The second time was perfectly fine - in-and-out; excellent service.
This last time, I was ready with my reservation because I feared having a different rate put upon me.
On the return on this last visit (on a Sunday afternoon about 4 p.m.), I had five team members huddling for a team picture in the return area while a supervisor/manager-type was marking cars and nobody noticed me standing for approximately two or more minutes at my car waiting for somebody to process my return. I wasn't in a hurry, but there wasn't a "Can we get this picture real quick and we'll be with you?" And the manager-type couldn't stop enough to flag somebody down. After 30 seconds after they broke from the picture huddle, one of the young men - walking back towards the command booth in the return area - realized that I hadn't been served and asked, "Has anybody waited on you?" There wasn't anybody around.
Usually, Enterprise is among the cheapest in Pittsburgh, but if you're OK spending a couple of extra dollars there may be some better service around.
