My daughter had her spark plugs & #6 coil pack replaced, and being the "nice" father I went to pick the car up when they finished and to pick up the bill too! When I got home I reviewed the bill and it seemed a little high. I returned to the store and talked to the manager, Shawn. He was completely understanding and after he pulled up the bill on their computer he saw that a mistake had happen and he promptly refunded the disputed amount. He even threw in a free oil change for my daughter. Their service is really good, and it's nice to know if there is a dispute they are quick to admit fault and rectify the situation.
