This review is for the emergency room we visited tonight. I am a registered nurse. The process at this ED is ridiculous. We started in the waiting room and the time we were done we were in five different spots (only one which was a real bed). The other waiting areas were open cubbies or different waiting rooms. There is no continuity. We did not have any one consistent (or two) nurses. The only time anything got done is when I went to the desk and advocated for my adult daughter. They looked liked they were partying at the desk with two nurses just talking for 15 minutes about their personal lives. Vital signs were taken only after about 3 hours (not as a triage as most hospitals do upon entering). They have techs? that look like high school students that escort you to areas and take vital signs. The floors are dirty. I thought Banner Desert ED was a frustrating experience. This hospital is much worse! If I could give 0 stars I would. It's unfortunate when you have a doctor that has privileges only at this hospital.
