  • I HAVE LIVED HERE OVER 40 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN RIPPED OFF BY A COMPANY AND BEEN SO RUDELY TREATED! I read all the other reviews and I had the exact same problems with this company. and after paying $79 was told "We have to find the part and will call you". They never called me. Every time I called I got the run around that the owner was out of the office. When I said I wanted a refund and would come to their office to pick it up, I was told by "Ashley" "They were closed Fri. Sat. and Sunday. This was on a Thursday and I was told "The owner not there and HAVE A NICE ONE" Then hung up on me. I am going to contact the BBB and Channel 8. This is the FIRST negative review I have EVER left about any company, anywhere!
