  • I have been a member now going on one year, so I can say I have given this place a fair deal of my time. So first the positives: The place overall is very clean, check in and out is fast, there is a nice little waiting area that was recently added and the therapists are fair. The biggest negative I have is the therapists come and go. In the 10 months I have been there I have rotated 5 times. The first one I loved, I like deep tissue and she is the only one so far that really is deep tissue. I work out regularly and need it to help my body. All the other ones so far have been just like a regular massage, even though I say deep tissue. I had another one that was pretty good, and she left too. The biggest gripe is my wife booked a extra 30 minutes for me with a sugar foot rub for June for my Fathers Day gift. I went in and paid myself for the extra 30 minutes even though my wife had prepaid it. I never got the sugar foot rub. I went home and my wife asked how I liked the extra time, I told her it was decent and the price. She flipped out since she had already paid. When I told her I never got the sugar foot scrub she was really pissed as this was a gift. She called and told the therapist to make sure on my next massage I get it. So today I went in and had a 60 minute massage, again they screwed up and did not give me the extra 30 that had been paid back in June. The sugar foot thing was honestly not worth the extra money. The therapist rubbed my feet for maybe a minute on each foot with the scrub stuff then wiped it off, definitely not worth 10 bucks. So I am left wondering maybe I will try another location that is the same distance from me and see how that is. Overall 3 stars.
