  • Needed a pedicure badly before heading to Sonoma for a girl's trip. I wanted to try a need place closer to home. Herbal popped up on Yelp. Staffs: 4/5 was good. Vivian was very nice. My cousin have her as her nail tech. I have tommy or Thomas.. wasn't very friendly. He seem like he wanted to get it done. He's not rushing but not much conversation or was attentive. Another staff came in later. And their were arguing among themselves. It's not something I want to hear while service is going on. Salon: 5/5. Beautiful chairs and lovely place with nice decoration. They put some thoughts into the decor. My pedicure: 4/5 like I mentioned previously. My nail tech wasn't as friendly. Nor did he rush thru my pedicure. Just meh! I'm glad I tried a new place. Overall it's a good place to hang out with your girlfriend due to the decor and they're able to accommodate large groups!
