Expected a package delivery yesterday containing perishable goods; received tracking notification that, due to weather, the package would not be delivered. Called OnTrac customer service and waited over 4 hours for a response (I left a callback number).
Today the package was supposed to be delivered; received another tracking notification that the package was 'undeliverable/destroyed'. No other explanation given. Sat on hold literally for over two hours to get customer service; never got through.
This is the MOST pathetic excuse for customer service I have ever experienced! I am strongly advising the company whose shipment I was expecting to no longer do business with this shipper or I will cancel my subscription!
How this shipper stays in business escapes me! If I could give it ZERO stars I would!
