I don't like giving bad reviews, I really don't but maybe just maybe it might remind a business that professionalism and treating the customer with respect is the number one priority,at least I think it should be. The "details" to my case was purchasing an upgraded Groupon that gave me an adjustment and massage. I want to say the massage was great, no complaints there. But the chiropractor a woman, sorry can't remember her name. First thing that was said after hearing my history was telling me what she won't do with arms crossed and then in what I felt to be a condescending manner says "you know why right"? Yes I know you won't touch an unknown spinal injury site unseen. I get it and respect the concern for my safety and not wanting to accept the liability for my injury. Your right it's not my first rodeo. I've been to chiropractors for a while. No, I don't have a medical degree but it doesnt make me an idiot. And by the way my "morose " behavior had nothing to do with my life it had everything to do with the unfortunate interaction I had just been subjected to. So no big suprise I won't return. I'll take my money and my business elsewhere.
