I booked an appointment here for a shellac mani and regular pedi and it came to $77+tip. This price would have been reasonable if I received the same good service as I do at other nail salons I go to.
When I was brought to the foot bath for my pedicure, the water was already in the tub waiting for me and it was cold. I waited at least 20 minutes for someone to come and work on my feet (she was working on another customers nails) and by this time the water was very cold. The polish was done nicely, but when I moved to the table for the manicure, no fan was placed over my toes to dry them (not sure if this is normal practice, but other nail salons I go to do this).
While completing my manicure, she sliced my finger (beside my nail) with the nail file and it has been very sore since (a week now). The shellac polish chipped on my thumb less than 24 hours later. Now, a week later, 3 more of my nails are chipped. Unfortunately I left for vacation the day after I got my mani pedi, so I was not able to go back in to show them.
The only reason why I'm giving this place 2 stars are because the staff were friendly enough and the mini massage was nice, but I will not be returning.
