Ordered a Colt handgun from them online after learning that they had a computer problem and lost all orders around the late Thanksgiving timeframe (Nov 2016). So I was a little nervous that my order would get processed correctly. But I did receive an email a week after my order that it did arrive at the Metro store (which was a relief). So I went to the store to pick it up and the guy that helped me was very rude. He said "Sit down and fill out your info at the computer" after which he continued "Here's your item". No please, no smile, no thanks for your business, etc. Not a way to treat customers that spend over $500 at your store. The price was the best in town which is why I purchased the handgun there. However, I doubt I will ever go back to enjoy such rude customer service again (or at least until I need another gun).
