  • When they first opened they were fantastic- they got very popular and busy and the quality lasted a whole two visits. I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks- and this one is close to work. I get acrylic and gel on top. And pedi once a month. It really depends who u get- I would say 50% of the time it sucks. I got a pedi from a new girl- she cut cuticles dried off my feet and went to paint them. I asked her where's the scrub on the bottom of my feet cause of dead skin, hot towels and massage with the exfoliating stuff. She said "oh I'm new" and continued to dry my feet and paint my nails. I complained and the little old lady manager said "I give u $2 off." So basically I paid to sit in a broken massage chair and get my nails painted. I was pissed! The second time I gave them another chance- a lady started on me, got on the nails and acrylics but before she filed then down she then took another lady who had an appointment... Instead of having someone else file and finish my nails- she made me wait a hour to finish the other lady's nails and wax to come back to my nails. I was done by then. I usually tip 20% especially when I'm happy and relaxed- I didn't tip that time! Customer service sucks here. Not consistent.
