I normally do not write reviews but this required one. I was bringing in my truck under extended warranty for a few minor problems here and there and I mentioned a problem in passing that would not be normally covered by the extended warranty. I had left and shortly after I got a call and it was my service consultant Holly, she had talked with the powers that be and they were going to go ahead and fix that problem for me, no charge under warranty!! The charge for the part itself would have without a doubt cost me a an arm and a leg but the labor for the repair would have easily been double that. After some research on the web, yeah its a known problem with my style truck, but no, they didn't have to do the work and many other people that have had the same problem said the dealerships they were going to would not since the problem never made it as a recall with GM. I really didn't make it a big deal when I brought it up to Holly but wow am I impressed with her desire to get the customer what they want/need. Thank you!
