  • I decided to update one of my 2 A/C heat pump units that was over 20 Yr's old. (The other is 10 yrs old.) The efficiency rating of the newer unit should really help to offset the install costs. Guy and Eric were able to come out and do the entire job on a Saturday (which worked best for me.) The real bonus was they installed two of the new Nest WiFi thermostats. It was apparently their first install of these, so we had to figure out some of the WiFi connection info together. But they work and look great. I am excited to be able to control my AC from my phone when I am out of town. Two other technicians from Pipetech, a company Precision uses to do water heaters, came out and replaced two aging water heaters at the same time. Getting the heater up the stairs to the second floor was impressive. Nick and his partner did a good job and cleaned hip nicely after. Finally, Chris came out to do a minor motor swap on my other A/C unit. The work was efficient and completed on time and at the cost they quoted originally. The coordination to get all this done on one day was impressive. Overall, a very good experience.
