  • The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Our washer was to be delivered Friday so I took off work early to be home for them to deliver. They do not show up nor give us a call to inform us that they will not be coming. We call them and they inform us that it will be delivered on Sunday. It is now Sunday at 5PM and we still do not have a washer. I have sat at home all day long because someone has to be here. Now they have put my family and I in a major inconvenience. We still have yet to hear from them so we call to inquire where our delivery is and we are informed now that they are NOT coming yet again but will be there tomorrow?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Then I call for management and they hang up on me. I am glad we paid for a washer that we will never get and have been without a washer for over a week thanks to Lowe's.
